Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Head of Infant School (KG- Year 2) to join our team in August 2025. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the leadership and management of the Infant School, supporting the Head of Infant School in ensuring the smooth running of the school and the delivery of high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Head of Infant School in leading the Infant School team and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school.
• Monitor and evaluate the delivery of the UK curriculum and ensure its effective implementation in the classroom.
• Work closely with the Head of Infant School to develop and implement school policies and procedures.
• Support and mentor teachers to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
• Assist in the recruitment, induction, and performance management of staff.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to foster a positive school culture and promote the school's values and ethos.
• Lead and participate in staff meetings, professional development, and other school events.
• Oversee the management of student behavior, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject.
• Qualified teacher status.
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in the UK curriculum, preferably in an international setting.
• Experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in an infant school setting.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the UK curriculum.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
